In a world that has so many things vying for our attention, prioritizing our mental health tends to get put on the back burner…
However if you’ve been struggling with perfectionism, feeling overwhelmed or have low self-esteem then now might be the right time to start therapy. Sometimes anxiety or depression reaches a point that we can no longer access feelings of joy or “calm” and having a safe outlet to process and problem solve for these issues goes a long way.
In our sessions I aim to find a balance between holding space to emotionally process difficult thoughts/feelings and identifying helpful coping tools you can incorporate into your life to make things more manageable.
If you find yourself feeling like you’re constantly pouring from an empty cup and would like to start filling up your own so that you can feel recharged and heal, then now is the time to reach out and start therapy.
